PRIVACY · INQUIRY
Information on inquiries, document requests and public resources.
This page explains personal information processed for website inquiries and document requests, and how public resources are accessed.
Purposes and Information Processed
We process your company/organization, contact name, email, inquiry category and inquiry details to review and respond to your inquiry. Phone number, products of interest, project references, documents, review stage and visited page are optional. You may refuse consent; in that case, the inquiry submission function will not be available.
Inquiry Retention and Staff Notifications
Submitted inquiries are stored for administrator-only access and emailed to designated staff to review and respond to them. An administrator may delete an inquiry when its processing purpose has been completed. Inquiries stored on the website are deleted once 90 days have passed from submission, when an administrator logs in or queries records, or when a new inquiry is submitted. Emailed copies are managed in the recipient's inbox separately from deletion on the website. When requesting deletion of your information, you may also ask the responsible staff member to delete the email copy.
Cookies and External Analytics Tools
The website does not include advertising tracking, external analytics or external font requests. Session cookies are used for administrator login.
Requested Documents and Public ESG Guides
Public ESG guides can be viewed and downloaded without entering contact details or consenting to personal-information collection for a document request. The required fields, consent and request-history information below apply only to requests for company profiles and product documents.
Requests for company profiles and product documents require your company/organization, contact name, email and phone number. Department, position, intended use, products of interest, project references, review stage and visited page are optional. For document delivery, history management and responses to related requests, we also store the document name, file version, request time, file-delivery time and consent details. After the file is delivered, the history is emailed to designated staff. You may refuse consent; if you do, you cannot request company profiles or product documents. Access to public ESG guides remains available. This consent is not used as consent to receive advertising information.
Website records are deleted once 90 days have passed from the request date, when a new inquiry or document request is submitted, or when an administrator logs in or queries records. An administrator may delete them earlier. Email copies are managed and deleted in the recipient's inbox separately from website records. The file-delivery time is when the server sends the file; it does not confirm that saving has finished on the user's device.
Links issued after a company-profile or product-document request can be used in the same browser for 15 minutes. A temporary cookie protecting that link remains for 20 minutes. Company and contact-person information is not stored in cookies or browser storage. These link-expiry and cookie rules do not apply to public ESG guide downloads.
Visitor-Environment Performance Statistics
To improve page-display speed, input responsiveness and layout stability, we store LCP, INP and CLS performance values, page identifiers, viewport-width ranges, navigation types, website versions and receipt times on the CREWAVE website server. A measurement identifier is newly generated for each page to distinguish duplicate reports of the same measurement. No identifier is created to track visitors continuously.
Performance statistics do not store names, emails, inquiry details, input values, search terms, URL queries or fragments, previous page addresses, detailed browser information or raw IP addresses. Separate temporary rate-limit records used to prevent request abuse use a cryptographically signed connection identifier. Performance values are not sent to external analytics services.
Only administrators can view aggregated performance values from the last 30 days. Expired measurements are progressively deleted when new performance values are received. Administrator pages, automated browser checks and development environments are excluded from actual-visitor statistics. Statistics are not sent when the browser's DNT or GPC setting is enabled.
This setting is stored only in this browser. You can use the website even when performance-statistics reporting is turned off.
Information-Related Requests
Requests to access, correct or delete submitted information may be made through the project inquiry channel. Please state that your inquiry concerns personal information.
Go to the Inquiry Channel ↗Project Review List
The review list stores only identifiers for public products, project references, security items and implementation conditions in this device's browser. Share links contain only the same public items. Contact-person information and inquiry details are not stored. You can remove this information by clearing the entire review list or deleting the browser's site data. Review items attached to an inquiry are processed together with the inquiry details.
ESG Concerns and Grievances
Purpose, fields and delivery
The CREWAVE CEO is responsible for reviewing concerns, taking action and communicating outcomes. Category, details and consent are required; name and reply email are optional. The server sends the concern and optional reply details to one designated recipient, without sales recipients, CC or BCC.
Transmission and storage
The website does not store the content, name or reply address in its database or application logs and does not save drafts. Email remains in the existing sending and receiving mail systems. The confirmed region for the mail relay function and duplicate-prevention store is Ohio, United States. Request hashes and timestamps are held separately from report content by the mail relay to prevent duplicates. This region does not establish where every service processes logs, backups or support work.
Retention and deletion
Ordinary concern records and mail copies managed by the company are retained only as needed for follow-up, for no more than 90 days after the case is closed following review, action and outcome communication, and are deleted without delay when no longer needed. Records with a separate lawful retention basis, including statutory duties or lawful requests, are managed with the basis, scope, period or review date recorded separately. Staff manually review retention needs and deletion dates; automatic deletion is not configured. This rule does not guarantee complete deletion of every service provider log or backup within the same period and does not limit deletion duties under applicable law.
Acknowledgement and progress targets
Our operating targets are acknowledgement within two business days and action or a progress update within 10 days of receipt. Staff provide these notices where a reply route is available; automatic replies are not provided. Targets are counted from the day after receipt; business days exclude Korean weekends and public holidays, and the 10-day target uses calendar days. Applicable duties and deadlines for investigation, protection and notification take priority. These targets do not replace statutory deadlines or create a waiting period before investigation. A receipt number does not confirm review by the recipient or completion of investigation or remedy.
Confidentiality, protection and anonymity
You may omit your name and reply email, but this form is not a fully anonymous communication channel without technical connection records. Concern information is handled within the authorised scope needed for the case, in accordance with confidentiality and non-retaliation duties and personal-data rights under applicable law. Legal protection and permitted disclosures depend on the nature and route of the report and the relevant law. Absolute anonymity or identical legal protection is not guaranteed for every report.
Consent and personal-data rights
If you refuse consent, the web concern cannot be sent. You may use this form to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent; include your receipt number if available. Provide a reply email if you want a response. Requests are handled under the requirements and deadlines of applicable law. No independent internal recipient has been designated for matters involving the CEO.
